Since 2009, the AUSY Group has been committed to an active policy of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in order to integrate its social, environmental, ethical and human rights concerns into its strategy and business activities.

By adhering to the United Nations Global Compact, which addresses human rights, environmental protection, anti-corruption and labor rights, AUSY has shown its determination to promote these principles in its zone of influence and integrate them into the company's strategy, commercial culture and operating procedures.

In 2012, the Group set up the EARTH (Environment, Action, Responsibility, Together, Health) program, an action plan promoting its commitments in these areas.

As part of its CSR policy, AUSY is committed to:

On the social level:
  • Combating discrimination and gender inequality
  • Developing youth employment and retention of older workers
  • Developing employment opportunities for people with disabilities
  • Ensuring occupational health and safety conditions for employees
On the environmental level:
  • Reducing greenhouse gas emissions
  • Conserving energy
  • Developing eco-friendly vehicles
  • Developing recycling and waste reduction activities
On the company level:
  • Developing a CSR culture
  • Becoming a preferred supplier for our customers
  • Encouraging our partners to take an ethical approach

AUSY develops and values its ethical commitment towards its partners. A centralised purchasing strategy establishes close relationships and long-term partnerships with service providers. The Group has created a Code of Conduct, which is available on the website, and it raises awareness among its employees through regular communication and the circulation of an Eco-Responsibility guide.

Examples of recent actions:

Eco-Trail de Paris:

AUSY is the official IT provider for the Eco-Trail race and has developed a free application (available on iOS and Android) to support runners and supporters: an on and offline newsfeed, a geo-tracking system which allows you to locate a runner equipped with a tracker, maps which locate and give directions to the start and finish lines of the various trails, access to runner statistics and an official and personalised participation certificate at the end of the trail. The application was downloaded almost 1,200 times in just one week. AUSY will also develop the Eco-Trail websites for future French and international editions.

4L Trophy:

AUSY is sponsoring 5 teams from 5 French engineering schools for the 2017 4L Trophy, a humanitarian rally in which the teams distribute school supplies all along the route to benefit the group “Enfants du Désert”. AUSY has contributed to the opening of 3 classrooms.

Imagine the Future:

In April 2016, the Group presented a challenge, called “Imagine the Future”, to engineering students across all of France. The idea was simple: submit an innovative project that promotes sustainable development. The winner of the challenge would receive financial and technical support from AUSY staff in the year to come.

The Group received nearly 100 applications and eventually selected the project "Roll’n’Reload", led by five students from ESILV-Pole Léonard de Vinci. This group of students proposed a wheelchair capable of storing the energy produced by the rotation of the wheels. This wheelchair would make it possible to improve energy access for people with disabilities (for example, they would be able to recharge their cellphone whenever they wished). For the moment, their project is in the design stage, although a prototype will be introduced soon.

This project fits well with AUSY’s commitment to environmental protection and disabilities issues.
